Rates
$225 for the initial 90 minute session
$150 per 50 minute session
Payment is expected at time of service.
Payment
Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. I use IVY PAY as a HIPPA compliant payment platform for therapists. You would receive a text from IVY PAY and then you enter your card information. No app to download. I will charge $1.00 to hold the appointment. Then I will deduct $1.00 from the session fee.
Insurance
I choose to be Out of Network but many insurance companies will cover a portion of the fee. I can give you an itemized receipt if you choose to submit to your insurance company or request FSA or HSA reimbursement. The receipt will be under "Good Therapy" not "Good Sex Therapy".
Since I do not submit insurance I don't have to give you a diagnosis that becomes part of your medical/insurance record.

If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
